Nick is a co-founder of Agri-Neo and oversees its strategy, organization, and product development. Prior to Agri-Neo, he spent most of his career as a management consultant with Bain and Company in Europe and North America. During that time, he worked mainly with global food companies to improve their product innovation and marketing. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University.

Rob is a co-founder of Agri-Neo and leads its commercial activities focused on sales and marketing. Prior to joining Agri-Neo, he was a management consultant at Bain and Company, where he focused on working with companies to create strategies to launch products into new markets. He also worked at a start-up where he advised enterprises on maximizing their social and financial impact. Rob holds an Honours in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Fadi is a co-founder of Agri-Neo and manages the chemistry formulations, regulatory, and intellectual property. He has over 20 years of experience working in chemicals, both as a successful entrepreneur and with a multinational corporation. He published multiple peer-reviewed scientific articles and patents. He holds a Bachelor of Sciences from Concordia University, a Masters in Applied Microbiology from INRS University, Ph.D. studies in Environmental Engineering from Concordia University as well as a second Ph.D. in Biology from INRS University in the development of biological antimicrobial organic compounds.

Anna Archila

Anna is our Technical Sales Specialist focused on generating leads, building and maintaining solid relationships with potential clients, and executing sales and marketing strategies for generating new business. Before working at Agri-Neo, she held several technical sales positions internationally in the food and manufacturing industries. She has an extensive background in B2B sales and food technology. She holds a bachelor’s in food engineering from Universidad del Valle de Guatemala and an MBA from the Polytechnical University of Catalunya, Spain.

Ashley is involved in the day-to-day operations and best practices for in-house laboratory activities. She is also responsible for general laboratory support for the testing of new foods at Agri-Neo. Ashley holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Nutrition, with a minor in chemistry. She has experience working on reducing food wastage caused by food spoilage microorganisms.

Senior Vice President of Operations
Dhawal is our Senior Vice President of Operations focused on supply chain, project management, reliability, cost management, and pilot plant operations. He is a strategic and hands-on global leader with a diverse end-to-end supply chain background who specializes in large-scale organizational transformations. With equal strengths in operations, manufacturing, PMO, engineering, distribution, and logistics, Dhawal has successfully built high-performance cultures at multiple Fortune 100 companies. He has 15+ years of experience in designing, developing, deploying, leading, and managing comprehensive business strategies at local, regional, and global scales.

Peter is responsible for managing pilot plant testing and day-to-day operations in the warehouse. He also performs engineering work for system installations and troubleshooting as well as continuous improvement. Prior to working at Agri-Neo he held several positions in the chemical manufacturing industry where he gained valuable technical skills and engineering experience. He holds a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from Ryerson University

Devin is our Director of Engineering focused on the design and development of the Agri-Neo food safety systems. Prior to joining Agri-Neo, he spent most of his career in the medical and pharmaceutical fields with BD Medical and Rapid Micro Biosystems. He has an extensive background in R&D, product development, and operations. Devin graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, with a B.S. and M.S in Mechanical Engineering.

Nnamdi Nwajei
Field Engineer
Nnamdi is responsible for the start-up and commissioning of our equipment at customer sites, as well as establishing reliability measures to ensure high efficiency. Prior to joining Agri Neo, Nnamdi worked as a plant engineer for one of Canadas biggest transportation fluid companies, gathering key experience in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement. Nnamdi holds a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering from McMaster University, as well as a Robotics & Automation diploma from Humber College.

Christian is a part of the reliability team and delivers equipment support to Neo-Pure clients. He focuses on ensuring our operations processes are efficient and reliable to serve the client the best we can. Prior to joining the Agri-Neo Team, Christian worked for a top pistachio producer in California and provided engineering services that improved design and product flow. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.

Jay Pandya

Jay is responsible for the general laboratory support for the testing of new foods at Agri-Neo. He is also involved in the day-to-day operations and best practices for in-house laboratory activities. Jay holds an Advanced Diploma in Biotechnology from Seneca College, Toronto. He joins Agri-Neo with a chemistry background attained through two internships, one focused on chemical engineering research and the other being in biopharmaceutical vaccine-water testing.

Gianni is responsible for the safe, timely and effective operations of our facility and more specifically our pilot food plant. Prior to joining Agri-Neo, Gianni was working in a global Inventory and data collection company where he gained experience in Inventory management. Gianni holds a BA (Honors) in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems from Trent University.

Daniel is part of our external operations at Agri-Neo, responsible for setting up and supporting the customer sites with the new system, customer and operational project management. Prior to joining Agri-Neo, Daniel held several positions where he gained valuable experience supervising plant facilities and managing equipment and supply projects. Daniel holds a Biotechnology Industrial Microbiology advanced diploma from Centennial College. He also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Diana Valtierra

Diana is our Director of Sciences focused on the development of Agri-Neo’s food safety and sensory programs. Prior to joining Agri-Neo, she spent over 10 years in food safety, process improvement, and product development. She also co-founded an innovative food product company focused on free-from products. Diana graduated from the Autonomous University of Nuevo Leon with a Master’s in food microbiology. She also completed her Ph. D in food science at McGill University.

Julie is our office manager. She is the “go-to” person for all office needs at Agri-Neo. She is the first point of contact for all visitors/inquires, provides senior-level administrative support, and organizes all office-related functions. Julie joins us from the retail & customer service industry and brings a wealth of knowledge from 20+ years of experience in administrative leadership.

Matthew is our Director of Sales & Marketing who is focused on identifying growth opportunities, generating leads, and developing new product launch strategies. Prior to joining Agri-Neo, he spent most of his career as a product and channel marketing manager with global CPG companies including Stanley Black & Decker, LG Electronics and Canon, among others. He has an extensive background in product development, new product launch, pricing & promotion and retail strategies. Matthew graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce and is also certified in Lean Six Sigma.

Ed has over thirty years of experience in the food and agriculture industry. He was most recently Vice President, Food Safety with Neogen, a publicly held company that develops and markets solutions for safety and improved quality in the food and agriculture segment. Under 23 years of Ed’s leadership, Neogen became a leading supplier of food safety solutions globally. Prior to Neogen, he worked in the animal health and crop protection industries. Rocco has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He spent the majority of his career advising clients on foreign exchange transactions. Rocco is the founder and owner of Denarius Financial Group, one of the pre-eminent corporate foreign exchange companies in the province of Quebec.

Trained as a biochemist, David has over 20 years of experience in developing agricultural products. He was the head of global R&D for agricultural products for FMC, a large multinational crop protection company. He also has held various senior posts in business development, including head of FMC’s global pharmaceutical division.
